Stairs Property has carried out work the external gardens of iForce in Corby. We have added new fencing, laid turf and added an outside dining space, plus entered into a 5 year maintenance contract.

We have had a huge contract agreed with one of the well-established retail logistics firm. iForce has 8 sites around the UK supplying to a number of retail businesses so the appearance of their depots are key. We will be maintaining there sites for the next 5 years and this includes – garden work, repairs to fencing, cleaning of the paved areas, gritting the car park and much more.
